Orders

To ensure timely processing and delivery of the item, please make sure the information and address are correct and in English. No changes can be made once the order is placed. YK3 Apparel isn't responsible for any clerical error in information such as shipping and billing addresses, names, etc.

Processing Times

It normally takes around 3-10 days for a confirmed order to be processed and packaged for delivery. Thereafter, an email with shipping confirmation and a tracking number will be sent when your order is processed. 

Shipping Times and Fees

The estimated shipping time is added on top of the processing time. Standard shipments will ship via USPS, UPS, DHL, or a similar service. Orders with shipping addresses in Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes, APO/FO & U.S. Territories will ship via USPS or equivalent service.

Delivery Claims

Please resolve all issues with respect to non-delivery or tracking information stated for delivery with the carrier. YK3 Apparel does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

Shipping Internationally

All applicable customs fees, taxes, and duties will be included at checkout. Customers are responsible for being aware of and paying any customs fees and duties charged by your country.
