Returns

***Please Note our Return Policies are Subject to Change***

Our policy lasts 7 calendar days. If, after 7 days of the purchased item arriving at the stated destination, no refund or exchange is offered. This is also applicable to situations of wrong address due to customer mistake, delivered packages that are unclaimed, and buyer's remorse.

A return is eligible when these requirements are met:

  1. Returns must be in an unused condition and in the same condition that you received it.
  2. Garments must be unworn, in their original packaging, and not decorated/printed on.
  3. It must have the original receipt or proof of purchase and must be in the original packaging.
  4. Original tags must be attached.
  5. Items covered in animal/human hair will NOT be accepted.
  6. Items with stains will NOT be accepted. 
  7. Items that smell like smoke, cologne, or deodorant will NOT be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email about the returned item(s). The same process applies to the rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges

No exchanges are offered for out-of-stock items. Store credit will be issued for out-of-stock items. Exchange requests are processed on a first-come basis. 

Do NOT put separate exchange orders in one return package, as your exchange request is processed upon the scanning of the provided shipping label.

Shipping costs associated with a return will be the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Sale items (if applicable)
Regular-priced items may be refunded. All sale items are FINAL.

Exchanges on defective or damaged items (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged. Use the process of sending these items to yk3apparel@gmail.com with 

  1. Your Name
  2. Order number
  3. Product you ordered
  4. Reason for the issue
  5. Photo of the issue/defect/damage


Shipping Cost

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for any unfortunate lost or stolen packages.
